Our program gives you the tools and practice to respond appropriately in the moment, rather than reacting emotionally, which can lead to bitterness, dejection, and sometimes violence.
As a member of theĀ Critical Voices Initiative AcademyĀ you will focus on de-escalation, reframing possible conflict and working through uncomfortable conversations.
